The restaurant at the White Lion is now open – and we’re thrilled to welcome you in.

Our focus is on simplicity, quality, and local produce. Everything on our menu is made with care, using ingredients sourced from farms, growers, and suppliers in and around Cerrigydrudion and North Wales. From traditional pub favourites to seasonal specials, we offer a menu that’s comforting, flavourful, and rooted in the region.

We’re not about overcomplicating things. We believe good food speaks for itself – and when it’s made with great ingredients, that’s exactly what it does. Our head chef, Wyn and his second-in-command are passionate about cooking with the best the area has to offer, and you’ll see this reflected in every dish.

Whether you’re joining us for a hearty evening meal, a Sunday lunch with family, or just a quiet bite after a walk in the hills, you’ll find a warm welcome here. Our dining space is relaxed and inviting – ideal for everything from casual catch-ups to something a little more special.

We recommend booking in advance, especially at weekends or during local events, as tables can fill up quickly. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
